With INCIO, every individual is empowered to report and track any safety hazard, energy and environmental issues at a plant or facility. This application eliminates paper work and simplifies the reporting process. The Admin can monitor the issues logged, by keeping track of the issues that have been solved and those which are still open. The application can also be used to generate reports of the issues logged by selecting a specific time period.



Mobile App:


  • Select the type of issue you want to log.

  • Fill a simple form providing details of the issue. Select the severity of your concern.

  • Upload a photo, audio or video if you wish to provide more evidence of the issue while reporting.

  • Log the issue.



Admin:


  • Logged issues are listed on the web application for users to take actions.

  • Issues can be assigned to accountable personnel and progress can be tracked. Assigned user will be notified through email and mobile alert on the app.

  • You can also generateprogress and timelinereports using the data collected over thetime period.

  • Use easy to decipher graphical charts to conduct root-cause analysis and identify problem areas, while continuously improving safety processes.
